Conclusion:-
The strength selling of this project is the strategic location and the easy access to the developed tour-ship via major highways. Low density with affordable price making it a good choice to newly engaged/married couple,small family and those young professional that enjoy privacy and condo facilities. The main issue here is the lacking of parking (many of the residents here park their vehicles illegally along the roadsides at the entrance) and restaurant. Anyway, this is not a big issue to those families that only have one vehicle or do not mind to park their along the roadside and prefer to cook themselves or to have their meals at other places.
